About our workshops ...
Our events include some education, some skills building, wonderful food and a chance to connect with likeminded others in a beautiful environment. With a maximum of 15 in each group, you’ll have the chance to really engage with Catherine and Louise and learn from our years of experience. By the end of the workshop, you'll know something about your fellow participants, and have a chance to chat further and make new friends with a lovely meal afterwards. Our workshops are suitable for anyone who is interested in learning more about their mind and harnessing their skills to improve their lives and wellbeing. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some understanding in the area, we’ll be able to accommodate you.
