Mindfulness and Positivity
Mindfulness and Positivity is a 2 hour workshop facilitated by Dr Catherine Hynes. In this workshop Catherine will:
- explain the building blocks of positive thinking
- incorporate exercises from positive psychology
- help you to develop sophisticated mindfulness practices
...all so that you become more mindfully positive from this day forward!
The short video below covers the purpose of Wellbeing Wisdom, and some detail on my Mindfulness and Positivity Workshop, as well as a brief exercise to improve your wellbeing immediately.
This workshop includes some education, some skills building, wonderful food and a chance to connect with likeminded others in a beautiful environment. With a maximum of 12 in each group, you’ll have the chance to really engage with Catherine and learn from her years of experience.
Wellbeing Wisdom workshops are suitable for anyone who is interested in learning more about their mind and harnessing their skills to improve their lives and wellbeing. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some understanding in the area, we’ll be able to accommodate you.
