Self-Care for Stress

Self-Care for Stress is a 2 hour workshop facilitated by Dr Louise Kelso.

In this workshop you’ll have an opportunity to:

  • do an inventory of stress in your life
  • change your relationship to stress
  • learn the best and most up to date strategies for managing both your body and your mind's experience of stress

... so that stress is manageable from now on!

This workshop includes some education, some skills building, wonderful food and a chance to connect with likeminded others in a beautiful environment. With a maximum of 12 in each group, you’ll have the chance to really engage with Louise and learn from her years of experience.

Wellbeing Wisdom workshops are suitable for anyone who is interested in learning more about their mind and harnessing their skills to improve their lives and wellbeing. Whether you’re a complete novice or have some understanding in the area, we’ll be able to accommodate you.
